Welcome to Steel Bumper Cruizers. By joining our society, participating in our events, or using this website, you agree to the following terms. These rules are in place to ensure the safety of our members and the longevity of our club.

 

1. Membership & Code of Conduct

  • Members must maintain a respectful attitude toward fellow enthusiasts and the general public at all club events.

     

  • All participants must abide by local traffic laws and regulations.

     

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for reckless driving, street racing, or any behavior that endangers others or brings disrepute to the club.

     

2. Event Participation & Liability Waiver

  • Voluntary Risk: Participation in any club event—including cruises, meet-ups, or trail runs—is strictly voluntary and at your own risk.

     

  • No Liability: Steel Bumper Cruizers, its directors, and organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or vehicle damage occurring during an event.

     

  • Legal Requirements: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and up-to-date automotive insurance as required by law.

     

  • Vehicle Safety: It is the owner's sole responsibility to ensure their vehicle is mechanically sound and safe for the road.

     

3. Technical Information Disclaimer

  • Any mechanical advice, modification guides, or part recommendations shared on this site or in person are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

     

  • Modifications made to your vehicle based on club discussions are done at your own risk.

     

  • We strongly recommend consulting with a certified professional before performing structural or mechanical work.

     

4. Media & Intellectual Property

  • Photography: By attending our events, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed. The club reserves the right to use this media for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

     

  • Branding: The "Steel Bumper Cruizers" name and logo are the exclusive property of the society. Members may not produce or sell branded merchandise without express written authorization.
